Who restocks the machines?

Our local crew, on a set route. Remote monitoring tells us when something sells out or stops taking payment, so we often know before anyone in the building reports it.

Yes. Protein, lower sugar drinks, nuts, granola, and real juice. Some buildings run an entirely better for you planogram, others mix it in.

Do you share revenue with the property?

Where the volume supports it. We will tell you honestly whether your building is at that level rather than quote a number we cannot hold.

What if a machine takes someone's money?

Are we locked into a long contract?

No. The agreement covers service standards and placement. If we stop keeping the machines stocked, you are not stuck with us.

Do you cover buildings outside Louisville?

We run scheduled routes into Oldham, Bullitt, Shelby, Spencer, and Nelson counties. If your address is further out, call and we will say plainly whether we can serve it well.

Question 12

Can you replace our current vending provider?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is common. Tell us when your current agreement ends and we will plan the changeover so there is no gap in service.
